To scan your own personal business card:

(Note: Scanning software varies. This is just a basic guide.)

Open your scanner and place your business card face down in the corner of the scanner bed marked with an arrow.



Close the scanner and open your scanning software.

Make sure that the scan settings are set so that you are scanning a Jpeg image and then click 'Preview'.

After the preview scan has finished you may need to crop the image (Resize the box so that it fits around your business card).

Click scan and the scanner will scan your card. Save your scanned business card to your computer.

You will now have a digital copy of your business card.
Upload it to your profile by signing in and clicking 'Preferences' then click 'Upload Your Own Business Card' and click browse and choose your scanned card from your computer.

Click 'Change Card' and you will have your own business card on your profile.

No. You will have a default card created when you sign up which will function as your 'Profile Business Card'.
